AgileDispatch is a Windows application written on the .NET platform. It allows for the dispatching of emergency response units. While AgileDispatch can be used to cover any size of geographical area, it is specifically designed for special event dispatching, such as athletic events or concerts.

In addition to the dispatching capabilities, AgileDispatch can be customized with a map overlay to easily display the number, status, and location of units visually. The software is also able to locate units nearest an incident, giving the dispatcher additional time to focus on communication and documentation. Mobile applications are also available for the Android platform so that supervisors in the field can track unit locations and availability without the need to contact the dispatch center verbally.

Following the conclusion of an event, reports can be easily generated with detailed information about incident times and dispositions.
